Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on shared hosting and VPS plans. This guarantee does not apply to domain registration, SSL certificates or additional services.

Refund Conditions

  • Request must be made within the first 30 days
  • Must not have violated our terms of service
  • Resource usage must be within normal limits
  • Does not apply to renewals, only new contracts

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account information. Refunds are processed in 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

No refunds are provided for suspensions due to terms violations, excessive resource usage, or illegal activities. Additional services like domains and SSL are non-refundable.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent termination of service, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Downtime Compensation

If we fail to meet our guaranteed service levels, we will provide service credits according to the following scale:

  • 99.0% - 99.89%: 10% monthly credit
  • 95.0% - 98.99%: 25% monthly credit
  • Below 95%: 50% monthly credit

Exclusions

This SLA does not apply during scheduled maintenance, customer connectivity issues, DDoS attacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
